1. General Contract Clauses

2. Reservation and Payment Process

Our automatic system for availability and price calculation will allow you to choose the apartment or room you are interested in and immediately make the online payment of 100% of the rental price, or alternatively, you can make a bank transfer within a maximum period of 48 hours. If this transfer cannot be made within that period, your reservation will automatically be canceled. The expenses incurred by this payment method will be borne by the USER. Deposits

ROBBINS INVERSIONES COSTA BLANCA, S.L has a deposit of €200. The deposit payment is always in cash or by card, as upon leaving the accommodation, after inspecting it, the deposit will be returned. In case there are damages in the accommodation, they will be deducted from the deposit.

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in: The key collection schedule is from 3:30 pm to midnight at our offices at C/ Villavieja, 8, 03002 Alicante (Alicante). Your accommodation will not be available before 3:30 pm. If you arrive earlier, please call us as you can leave your luggage in the luggage storage. Upon arrival at our agency and in accordance with current legislation, you must hand us the reservation form, and we will identify all occupants of the accommodation. Subsequently, the reservation holder will sign a rental agreement and pay the remaining 100% of the rent. You can pay by credit card or cash. The accommodation is delivered clean and with all kitchen utensils and equipment. Bath towels and sheets per person are included in the rental price. Check-out: The check-out time for accommodations is from 5:00 am to 11:30 am. A representative from the agency will arrive at your accommodation at the agreed time to check the condition of the apartment. At the agreed time of departure from the accommodation, the tenants must be ready with their bags packed and the apartment tidy and the kitchen clean.

Client’s Responsibilities

The client agrees to comply with the Community regulations. During rest hours from 10:00 pm to 9:00 am, the accommodations are not to be used for party celebrations or noise. Under no circumstances is the accommodation to be occupied by more people than its maximum capacity. The use of electricity and water should be rational. When the air conditioning is on, do not forget to close doors and windows. Hanging towels and clothes on the balcony railings is prohibited. Children must always be accompanied by their parents and under their responsibility. The contract holder is responsible for the proper behavior of all occupants; otherwise, ROBBINS INVERSIONES COSTA BLANCA, S.L reserves the right to expel the occupants from the accommodation, without the right to future claims or any type of compensation. Neither ROBBINS INVERSIONES COSTA BLANCA, S.L nor the owner will be liable for any direct or indirect damage that may occur as a result of the misuse of the accommodation, including but not limited to: damage, losses from fires, thefts, crimes, accidents, or other types of damages.

3. Cancellations (Right of Withdrawal)

ROBBINS INVERSIONES COSTA BLANCA, S.L will only accept reservation cancellations in writing by email: info@bealicante.com. If the reservation made directly with the establishment is canceled before 30 days prior to the arrival date, ROBBINS INVERSIONES COSTA BLANCA, S.L will charge the customer 100% of the first night. If the reservation is canceled after 30 days prior to the arrival date, the total amount of the reservation will not be refunded to the customer (100%).

4. Claims

Our goal is for our customers to have a pleasant stay. If during the rental period there is a breakdown in the facilities or electrical appliances, please report it immediately to ROBBINS INVERSIONES COSTA BLANCA, S.L to resolve these incidents as soon as possible. In cases of force majeure (damages caused by water, fire, etc.), ROBBINS INVERSIONES COSTA BLANCA, S.L will replace the reserved accommodation with one of the same characteristics. Online Dispute Resolution

In accordance with Article 14.1 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013, the European Commission provides a free access platform for online dispute resolution between the USER and ROBBINS INVERSIONES COSTA BLANCA, S.L, without the need to resort to the courts of justice, through the intervention of a third party called the Dispute Resolution body, which acts as an intermediary between them. If any stipulation of these conditions is considered null or impossible to fulfill, the validity, legality, and compliance of the rest will not be affected in any way and will not be modified in any way. 7. Offer Generalities
