INFORMATION FOR GUESTS
Our Check-in starts from 15:30 hours. You can leave your luggage in storage until check-in time. The early check-in, available until 12:00 for 25€, is subject to availability on the day of arrival and the late check-out, until 14:00 for 25€, is subject to availability on the day of departure.
Our reception is located in a restricted traffic access area, it is very important to inform the receptionists and provide the vehicle’s license plate number for access authorization. Those who do not provide the license plate number will have to pay the corresponding penalty.
We have limited parking spaces. Reservations are not accepted. Once we reach maximum capacity, we inform our customers that there is an agreement with a nearby public parking lot, and our customers benefit from a special price.
We serve the buffet breakfast each day at La Cova de Santa María, located right in Plaza de Santa María nº 2, just a few steps from the hotel.
